This Role…

This role will be to support our business growth through EPD launches and effective core portfolio management.

What you need to deliver...

• To identify, assess and deliver EPD projects based on opportunity and market demand.

• Responsible for the successful execution of EPD projects by acting as Project Lead and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Develop comprehensive commercial business case for EPD launches, including P&L, size of prize analysis, volume forecasts, RRP and promotional recommendations and margin analysis, backed by strong rationale.

• Overseeing the deployment of projects to both channel and marketing leads to ensure successful launches.

• Monitor and distribute in-market reviews of EPD launches across channels, tracking performance vs key KPIs and recommending course correction as and when required.

What you need to succeed...

• Optimise the health of our core product portfolio through effective SKU management, analysing product and channel mix, and recommending adjustments for profitable growth.

• Identify opportunities for brand growth through extending and improving existing product ranges into new channels, customer segments, and markets.

• Maintenance of price and promotional files across YuMOVE product ranges.

• Support as required, proposition development, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer needs.

• Internal sign off artwork files to verify compliance with brand guidelines, claims, messaging and design standards.

• Ownership and up to date maintenance of packaging claim documents, ensuring access to relevant stakeholders.

• Validate existing product claims through research, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging.

• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Responsible for tracking competitor performance including sales, share price and promotions.

• Stay updated on industry best practices through innovation, commercialization, and product management.
