This Role...

This role involves you taking ownership of Lintbells finished goods, Ingredients and packaging across our UK and ROW business

What you need to deliver...

• To control the Inventory spend projections across all levels In the UK and ROW markets

• Oversee the ordering portfolio and smoothing process for all of our 3PM's to manage capacity

• To coach the team on best practices for stock planning and deliver on your departments KPI's

• Manage the SLOBs outlook for your countries, driving commercial performance to clear and support a reduction in our yearly wastage figures

• To be responsible for our finished goods, packaging and Ingredients portfolio from accurate planning and visibility to order and manufacturing to delivery Into our UK warehouse

• Responsible for managing our AnaPlan platform and developing the system, reports when required

• Responsible for driving targeted actions and Initiatives to Improve performance from monthly reporting and project plan awareness

• Responsible for challenging the norm and driving continuous improvements through ways of working and processes

• Responsible for weekly Inventory management, Including placing and phasing PO's with our 3PMs for your relevant assortment

• To be responsible for meeting the set and agreed KPI's, ensuring action plans are in place when they are missed

• To lead all P1 business meetings and drive positive proactive actions, conversing with all levels of the business from CEO down to operatives

• To lead on the business stock takes, Including the annual audit closure

• To be responsible for successful delivery of BAU tasks and reporting within your function

What you need to succeed…

• Support the total business growth via a consistently flexible approach and mindset

• Experience within creating and auditing EAN’s and barcodes would be useful, not essential

• Confidence in challenging the norm and making your teams voice heard around the business

• Effective time management and organisation skills

• Microsoft packages experience, preferred, not essential

• Can do attitude

• Excellent communication skills across different markets (UK / US / EU)

• You drive to make things happen, using initiative and logic like a true ‘self-starter’

• You demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• You are a team player – we’re a close-knit team!

• You can pick up and support the wider planning team in periods of absence and annual leave
