This Role...
This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless supply across our UK and ROW B2B sales channels and ensuring a world class service to the customer in the process, with the overall goal of ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in full.
What you need to deliver...
• Support achieving monthly commercial targets by ensuring that orders are acknowledged, processed, picked and dispatched accurately and to any customer specific requirements.
• Help to keep the business in a strong cashflow position by ensuring pricing and credit agreements are adhered to, compliant POD's and collection notes are obtained for fast invoicing, discrepancies and disputes are resolved quickly and professionally and supplier invoices are checked for accuracy and paid on time
• Deliver the best possible service to the customer by building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• To be a team player and support the rest of the Supply Planning team when required.
• Improving operational efficiency by giving feedback and insight where necessary within the monthly demand reviews to increase demand accuracy.
• Capitalizing on commercial opportunities, or operational efficiencies that fall outside of demand planning by sharing any observations or insight within the monthly B2B dashboards with NAM's.
• Maintaining high standards through preparing OTIF performance metrics for monthly KPI reporting
• Assist tracking of business performance by sharing status updates in preparation for the weekly trading meeting.
• Ensuring uninterrupted supply and compliance to our EU and ROW customers by being responsible for any certification, packaging, shipping or shelf life requirements, managing the process flows into our EU 3PL facility and collaborating with the Regulatory team when required to support this
• Supporting business continuity by ensuring all SOP's are documented and kept up to date as processes and requirements evolve.
• Champion continual improvements and efficiencies to the function, in particular through IT
What you need to succeed….
• You have experience working within a sales order processing role
• Good understanding of systems e.g. ERP, WMS, Finance, Portals
• Good understanding of EU regulations
• Desirable knowledge of Amazon
• Proven ability to positive influence on processes and people
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• You are a team player – we’re a close-knit team!
• Strong Excel skills
• You drive to make things happen, using initiative and logic like a true ‘self-starter’
