This Role…

As a CRM Executive at Lintbells, you will play a fundamental role in executing our CRM strategy to ensure we deliver only the best experience for our customers and their pets.

Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will drive the delivery of our CRM Campaigns, predominantly email, but also SMS and Direct Mail.

You will be responsible for driving and implementing our testing roadmap, and reporting on both email and CRM metrics. This role forms part of our Retention Team, within the D2C channel of our business.

What you need to deliver…

• End to end management of broadcast email communications: Owning the delivery of our broadcast email campaigns, from briefing, to build and scheduling.

• Campaign Planning: Support the CRM Manager in email campaign planning to drive engagement and revenue.

• Flawless Execution: Ensuring all email marketing is scheduled and delivered flawlessly.

• Testing and Optimisation: Create and implement a testing plan to ensure that all elements of emails, including subject lines, content, CTAs and send times are optimised based on statistically significant results.

• Customer Segmentation: Be comfortable with audience selection, segmentation and analysis.

• Reporting: Review performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and share ideas/implement new initiatives to optimise campaigns accordingly.

• Content Development: Partnering with our content teams to ensure that content and creative are in line with brand guidelines, relevant to the target audience and follow industry best practice.

• Newsletter Development: Own and Develop our monthly newsletter, to drive engagement.

• Competitor Log: The creation and maintenance of a log of competitor activity, sharing updates with wider marketing and creative teams to inspire new opportunities.

• End to end customer journey: Partner with our colleagues in Product to ensure the customer journey from email to conversion is flawless.

• Process Improvement: We’re a fast-moving business and are always looking to improve our processes and ways of working, to ensure collaborative and efficient relationships.

• Development of New Channels: Supporting on the development of channels outside of email, including, but not limited to Direct Mail and SMS.

• Wider Retention Team Support: As part of the retention team, there may be opportunities to support on loyalty, referral and lifecycle activities on an ad-hoc basis.

What you’ll need to succeed…

• 1+ year experience working in either a CRM role or equivalent in digital marketing

• Knowledge of an email platform (Emarsys preferable, but not essential) and a basic understanding of HTML email coding and tech integrations

• Excellent-communication skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders, including creative teams

• Understanding of email and CRM metrics

• Understanding of GDPR and PECR

• A curiosity and desire to test and learn, solve problems and get stuck in

• Creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine love for CRM, data and pets
